Les Ateliers de Japon may collect personally identifiable information – data in a form that permits direct association with any specific individual. For example, when you purchase your Products and sign up for a Products Account you are required to give us your name, email address and shipping address. Additionally, purchasing a product requires you to give us your credit card information along with any other information a financial institution would need to process the transaction. We do not retain any credit card information after the transaction is processed and that information does not become part of our collected information.
The personal information we collect allows us to keep you posted on Les Ateliers de Japon’s latest product announcements, software updates, and upcoming events.
From time to time, we may use your personal information to send important notices, such as communications about purchases and changes to our terms, conditions, and policies.
Les Ateliers de Japon discloses potentially personally identifiable and personally identifiable information to those of its employees, contractors and affiliated organizations that (i) need to know that information in order to process it on Les Ateliers de Japon’s behalf, for example shipping information to make a delivery, and (ii) that have agreed not to disclose it to others.
